• Anonymous information about your site visit. Each time you visit the Website We may automatically collect the following information:

o technical information, including the type of device used, operating system, browser type, and screen resolution (“Device Information”)

o details of the resources accessed (“Log Information”).

• If you contact us, We may keep a record of that correspondence.

if you would like to save any data with us , that will be saved in the server. while you accept the terms and conditions , you automatically consent to the access of all data provided on the website by you or any user, to whom you have consented to use of your personal and health related data.

this data will be stored and maintained under HIPA ( Health Information Privacy Act) compatible server service. Actual data will not be available to any third party. spatial data regarding the diseases will be accessed for statistical purpose.

No personal information ( that includes but not limited to, name, date of birth, address, email, phone number etc) data will ever be distributed nor sold any third party for commercial purpose. Your designated healthcare personell will be able to view your information for the purpose of managing your medical care only. No party who is not involved with your care will not have any access to your information.
